New Google Penguin 2.0 update is
a brand new genesis of algorithms. The previous penguin updates used to look only
at home page of the websites but after google penguin 2.0 update, it
goes much deeper and has big impact in certain small areas.
Matt Cutts states more details in his new blog post that
the roll-out is complete and English queries are affected by 2.3 percent and
